Connect your Perforce Depot with Unity

You can connect your Perforce depot with Unity in only a few steps.

To connect your Perforce depot with Unity

  1. Open your Unity project.

  2. Click Edit > Project Settings > Editor.

  3. In the Version Control section, select Perforce as the Mode.

  4. Type your Assembla username, password, workspace, server, and host.
    ​Note: Do not enter the path to your workspace, only the name of your workspace.

  5. Click Connect. Notice that the status changes to Connected.

Finding your Assembla server and host

In the Assembla WebApp, open your Perforce repository and select the Instructions sub-tab. This page displays you important information needed to configure your depot with Assembla.
