If you need to transfer tickets from one Assembla space to another, you have two options of export and import:
JSON
CSV
It's also important to note that after performing this task, the author of the associated data is not the original user, but the user who performed the import.

Milestones
Ticket Comments
Ticket Activities
Ticket Associations
Custom Fields
Custom Field Values
Followers
Ticket Reports
(JSON and CSV import does not include attachments)
To export and import tickets
In Assembla, select Tickets Settings> Export & Import.
Click Export your tickets. An export job is scheduled and runs in the background. Once complete, the system displays Dump is ready for download.
Download the dump.
Go to the new space where you need to transfer the tickets and find the Import option in Tickets Settings > Export & Import.
Browse for and select the downloaded file, and then select Import from Json (Downloaded from this site).
Click Import Tickets to start the transfer. The tickets appear in the new space once the transfer is complete. You can also see Import status on the Export & Import page.
The import from CSV option works the same as Json, but only transfers tickets and does not include any additional data.
To import from CSV
Export the CSV file from your selected ticket list Ticket List.
Select CSV, then download the file once available.
Go the new space where you need to transfer the tickets and find the Import option in Tickets Settings > Export & Import.
Browse for and select the downloaded file, and then select Import from CSV (Assembla's CSV format).
Click Import Tickets.
