What is a Cardwall?

The Assembla cardwall is an organized view of your Assembla tickets. Because tickets on the cardwall can be filtered and moved, it's a great way to see who is working on what, what tasks need immediate attention, and what stage of development each task is in.

Customize the Cardwall Columns

The Assembla Tickets tool allows you to add, edit, and delete ticket status (cardwall column) options according to your team's unique workflows:

  1. Go to Tickets > Settings.

  2. Click Status and Workflow in the left sidebar.

  3. You can rename the standard statuses and add additional statuses as needed.

  4. You can rearrange the order of your workflow by simply dragging and sorting the the ticket status displayed in this page.

You could also edit the status names DIRECTLY from your cardwall. Simply click on the status (column name) and customize it to fit your workflow.

Note: Statuses that are currently being used by tickets can't be deleted.
